Property owners are asked to submit information regarding their proposed builder and proposed home design for review and approval by Graythorne’s Architectural Review Committee. You'll find a link to our Architectural Guidelines, below. Approval of proposed builders and home designs is contingent on their alignment with the values and intended character of Graythorne.
